The 16th International Summer School for Neuropathology and Epilepsy Surgery (INES 2026) will take place in Erlangen, Germany, from September 10-13, 2026. This international event is intended for specialists involved in the diagnosis and treatment of drug-resistant epilepsy.
The aim of INES 2026 is to deepen participants’ knowledge of the diagnosis and classification of the histopathological substrates of drug-resistant epilepsy. The program includes lectures delivered by internationally recognized experts in neuropathology and epilepsy surgery, focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of focal forms of epilepsy in humans.
INES workshops have been organized since 2013 and have been held in several countries, including Germany, Brazil, the United States, and China. The event is recommended by the International League Against Epilepsy (ILAE) and the European Reference Network EpiCARE.
The application deadline is April 1, 2026.
